Q: What inspired you to seek fitness training?
A. I was inspired to seek fitness training because I was plateauing mentally, limiting myself physically, and wanted to know what I’m capable of doing
Q: How has working with CLINT impacted your fitness journey?
A: Working with Clint has made me fall in love with cardio & its benefits. I effortlessly lost weight on the program , and I don’t quite feel like I’ve worked out until I’ve done a run. Now I’m stronger & leaner.
Q: What specific results have you achieved since starting?
A. Im in better cardiovascular shape than I’ve ever been since high school and I still see lots of room for improvement. I can get faster than I ever was. Because of the non negotiable, I was able to see that the biggest challenge is our mind , and once you get into the groove of a workout, you’re so glad you performed and even if it’s not your best time, it keeps you consistent and mentally bulletproof
Q: How would you describe CLINT’s coaching style?
A: Clint’s coaching style is fundamentally sound. He doesn’t reinvent the wheel, which I enjoy.
Q: What was your favorite part about training with CLINT?
A: He sticks to proven fundamentals which are often overlooked. Sometimes we look for all these other ways to want to get shredded without the pain and process , and we over complicate things. So by going back to to basics, heavy weightlifting and lots of cardio, we are able to simulate caveman strength, being as athletically balanced as possible
Q: Were there any challenges during the process? How were they overcome?
A: The challenges I encountered was joint pain early on in the program as I was well above my usual BF % and had done no real cardio for almost a year. I had become slow and tight.
Completing the 3 miles at a time I’d be proud to show, was difficult at first, as my body wasn’t used to prolonged running,
After 1.5 months, I had shed all the water on my body dropped fat and was beginning to beat my pace run after run. Now I’m pain free while running
Q: Would you recommend CLINT to others? Why or why not?
A: I’d recommend Clint befause he is genuinely caring and concerned about what is going on in his clients lives, in fact, I’d call it more like a family. You have a big brother to push you to workout , while looking the part, and being the part,
That way it’s easier to fall into line. He’s not some trainer that promises you a bunch , while looking like a bag of milk. He is the truth , the proof in of the powdered protein.
He can work with any type of client he’s humble, and has been through so much, to where he is relatable and always inspiring me to give it my best and keep my demons at bay
Q: What advice would you give to someone considering fitness training with CLINT?
A: I would tell them to buy some good shoes, and headphones , and find a place they love running, and tell them the time passes so fast when you’re doing the workout , and before you know it, you’ve achieved so much more than you thought was possible,
I’d tell them that if they’re ready to REALLY become that athlete they know they can be, to step up to the challenge, hold yourself accountable, relax, but buckle in, because this program is going to be specially adapted to challenge you, but keep you entertained, mentally in check, and spiritually focused.
You’ll be someone different if you invest in yourself. Clint is a literal artist, he can draw and sculpt literally beauty, and he can do so with your fitness goals if you just show up , for yourself.
